Membership is annual and commences 1 July and ends 30 June of each financial year. The fees for membership are:
- Annual Membership Fee: $95
- Additional $50 for Historic Registration
- Pro-rata rates available throughout the year

Introducing Member Jungle – Our New Membership Platform ((Available from 1 June 2025)
For existing and renewing members, the Club has elected to use Member Jungle as its preferred and recommended platform for management and administration of membership. This platform is accessible at MBCNSW Member Jungle . Members are encouraged to download the Member Jungle application from Apple App Store or Google Play Store to their mobile phone, tablet or device and register as a user.
Current and new members (on acceptance) will receive an email with user ID, temporary password and registration details and instructions.
